Blended HeartCode BLS Skills Check for Healthcare Providers

The Blended HeartCode BLS Skill Check course is designed for individuals currently working in healthcare or interested in a career in the healthcare field. Students will learn adult, child, and infant CPR and the proper use of an automated external defibrillator, or AED. Training will also include training on how to use and perform rescue breaths using a bag valve mask. The bag valve mask is commonly used in hospitals, offices, and many other healthcare facilities. After completing the online portion, students will attend a structured, Instructor-led hands-on session that focuses on meaningful skills practice, team scenarios, and skills testing. The course includes an American Heart Association certification, a provider manual, a healthcare provider e-card, and a reminder notice to recertify.
